A Little About the Kingstanding Farm Event Venue

Kingstanding Farm is a unique venue offering the best of both worlds. Flexibility to have the layout and finishing touches exactly as you like yet having the basic needs taken care of so you can focus on the things that matter to you. The beautiful outdoor space comes with enough power to run the day worry free, high spec toilets are provided from a trusted supplier, and the bar will be stocked with your preferred drinks and will not run dry.


The 3 acre space set in the middle of our family farm with picturesque views over the Warwickshire countryside is yours to do with as you wish. Arrange a tipi or marquee in your preferred position, have a glamping village for guests to stay the night, sit around the fire pit by the pond, choose your own caterers or street food vendors, even hire your own carousel if that’s your thing!!


Your booking includes exclusive access for the weekend (we don’t do midweek bookings which allows clients the time to add their own unique twist to the field, and of course clean up afterwards). This means access to the site from the day your tipi or marquee is erected (usually a Thursday) until it is de-rigged (usually Monday-Tuesday). Full generator power provision to run the entirety of your event is included, as well as hire of the on site horse box bar. There are of course options to have the bar fully or partially pre-paid, or run as a cash bar. Clients often opt to hire straw bales to use as outdoor seating for guests throughout the night, to arrange around a fire pit or to create isle style seating for a blessing ceremony. These are available to hire, depending on how you lay them out they can comfortably seat 2-3 people.


The main job for you is deciding upon the structure you want in the field. If you would like to go for the ever popular tipi feel providing the ultimate festival vibes, may I direct you to who exclusively provide our clients with the highest quality Nordic tipis. We are unable to have tipis provided by anyone else on site. However if you wish to have a marquee or stretch tent instead, are a fabulous option as are Check them out and tell them Ollie sent you.


To ensure our site is left in the pristine condition you found it, bins and bin liners are provided, but all rubbish is to be taken away once the festivities are well and truly over and the site is to be left as you found it. We take and hold a £300 litter deposit which is refunded upon a satisfactory walkover of the site. Other than that site is exclusively yours for the weekend and all we ask is that you respect the site boundaries and appreciate that we are still a working farm with tractors and livestock moving around at times. Although everything will be kept well out of your way on the day. Please remain within the fenced area of the field and use the signposted drive to access the field rather than come through the farm yard.
